1. Ordering Information

We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, substantial savings can be achieved by ordering larger pack size/volume, as well as our free shipping offer for orders over $150 (within Australian capital cities).
All orders are to be placed via our website, or via email for bulk purchases.
No verbal orders or telephone orders will be accepted to avoid miscommunication and disclosure of personal information.
For Australian Customers, price includes the GST.
The botanical products are only sold within Australia. Our apologies to potential international Customers.
Due to the volatile price movement of raw ingredients, the price on the website is subject to change without any notice. Orders confirmed and paid for we will honour the price for that order only.
Once an order is confirmed and paid for, any changes will be treated as a new order.
Once an order is confirmed and paid for, order cancellation requests due to change of mind or an incorrectly placed order, will be treated as a Change of Mind Return – please refer to our ‘Returns’ policy for all information.
Skin Care Products sold are not for human ingestion or consumption or to be used for any health related claims. They are for external use only and not for any other intended purpose.

2. Payments

All orders must be paid for and cleared by accounts before shipment/delivery.
Payments can me made via Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard), ApplePay or Bank Deposit. We no longer accept AMEX.
We do not accept cheque payments.
Payments via Bank Deposit must clear our account prior to dispatching your order. Depending on which bank you are with, this can take between 1-4 business days.

3. Freight and Delivery

Price does not include freight.
Freight will be calculated and charged prior to your order being finalised. Freight is calculated on size, weight and Dangerous Good (DG) classification of your order.
We will ship goods using our nominated service provider for Australian customers. We usually do not use any customer provided courier services.
All orders should be checked and any discrepancy or error must be lodge within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.

Promotion(s) or Specials

All promotions such as free freight which are promoted via the website, Facebook and other marketing channels are for Australian capital cities only.
Other orders within Australia will be processed and customer will be notified of the freight cost.

Liability

If products are not stored correctly, this could alter the stability and nature of the products. Also, if used with other ingredients, this could also cause product stability issues. We shall not be held liable for this. Please undertake testing of product(s) before up scaling to larger batch sizes.

All product images contained in our website are for illustrative purposes only and actual items may vary in appearance depending on the actual packaging used to pack the goods.
Package contents and/or packaging used are at our discretion and may vary from time to time.
Errors such as misprints or omissions are excepted. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections anytime in prices, products and specifications without notice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price.
We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage or error which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon this information. Information is for education purpose only and individuals must exercise their independent judgement in determining if the product is suitable for their particular purpose or usage.
Liability is limited to the value of the goods and does not include any losses including consequential losses.
Compliance and all laws and regulations and intellectual property right and/or trademark applying to the products are the responsibility of the user and any third party related to the user.
If you intend to re-label or re-brand our products for whatever reasons, please ensure you are in compliance with labelling laws. We shall not be held responsible for losses incurred as the result of product recall due to incorrect labelling.

Discrepancies or Damages

If for any reason your product is faulty, incorrect or arrives damaged, please email us at naturallyyoumatter@outlook.com , accompanied with photographs and your order number.
Notification must be made within five (5) days of receiving your order. No claims will accepted after five (5) days from receipt of goods.

Change of Mind Returns & Cancellations

We can accept returns and order cancellations for incorrect choices or change of mind, for a store credit. We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns or order cancellations.
If you would like to arrange a return, please email us at christineta2020@yahoo.com with your order number, and the items you wish to return, and we will issue you with a Return Authority Number.
A Return Authority Number must be received from the director prior to returning any products. No credits will be issued without a Return Authority Number.
Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened, unused and undamaged.
Customers are liable for return postage charges

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

Unclaimed
If you fail to collect your order from the post office within the Post Offices stipulated time-frame (usually 1 week), it will be returned to us
Incorrect Address
If your order undelivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us
If you would like your order re-shipped to you, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee equal to the amount of the original shipping cost on your order. Where free shipping was received, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee as calculated by us based on the weight, size, and classification of your order.
Any unclaimed or returned parcels that you would prefer to receive a store credit for instead of being re-shipped, will have a $2.50 return/admin fee applied.
If your order is returned to us and we do not have any response from you after 14 days of our attempted contact, your order will be cancelled and applied as a store credit, less the original cost of shipping, and a $10.00 return fee.
We do not provide refunds for unclaimed or returned orders.

Uncollected ‘Click & Collect’ Orders

Orders must be collected within 5 business days of the purchase date.
Orders that are not collected within this time frame will be automatically cancelled and will receive a store credit for the amount paid.
We do not provide refunds for uncollected orders.
If you would like your order to be changed to be shipped to you instead, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee as calculated by us based on the weight, size, and classification of your order. Orders over $150 will still receive our free shipping offer (within Australian capital cities).
